The heat wave broke! I love opening the windows and letting the fresh air in! I also love not having to open and close the back door every fifteen minutes. When I’m able to leave the back door open the dogs tend to be less fidgety in the evening and that’s a huge plus.
Nothing much is happening canine wise in the home. Lately all they want to do is sleep, but that will change when the temps start to stay in the low 80’s with no humidity. We’ll all spend more time outside Wyatt playing ball, Josie and Dexter chasing each other and then when playtime is over we’ll all retire to the screened porch and I’ll read or write for two or three hours until they’re ready to play again.
