2008 Aspirations

I’m late with my yearly aspirations. Oh well. I was still thinking about what I would like to accomplish. The most important thing for me this year is to continue my journey to get getting fit and healthy. Part of that journey is getting rid of my fat. The other part is to get my thyroid under control.

I will continue to write new stories and revise the novels I’ve completed. When a rejection comes I’ll keep my head up and move on to the next. This year I want to learn how to paint, I’ve taken the first step and bought the acrylics, brushes and canvas boards. I also want to read at least one book a week this year and so far I am off to a good start. I finished a Girls Guide to Starting a Business last night. It was a good book. I’ll definitely be using it over the next 12 to 18 months. Last but definitely not least I aspire to use my time more efficiently.

Those are my 2008 Aspirations short and simple. I’ve omitted the usual suspects like getting out of debt, being a better/nicer person and spending time with family because – well because I can. Happy New Year!

Until next time good reading and writing!
