Car Wash & Golf Tournament to Benefit Retired Racing Greyhounds

If you live in the Culpeper, VA area and need your car washed why not stop by the Wal-Mart next Saturday (May 6th) between 9 and 3 pm and let the volunteers of Virginia Greyhound Adoption do the job for you. Your donation is tax deductible and will help the VAGA Organization save more retired racers. If that's not enough incentive you just might get a chance to meet my loveable retiree Dexter and me!

If a car wash is not what you need then how about a round of golf? June 10th is Virginia Greyhound's first Round for the Hounds Golf Tournament. $65 gets you a continental breakfast and lunch, 18 holes with many other surprises. The tournament is being held at the Lee's Hill Golf Course in Fredericksburg, VA an hour outside of Washington DC. Where else in the metro area could you play a round of golf for only $65? So come on out and have some fun and in the process help us save the lives of more retired racers! Registration is available online or by postal mail.

Until next time Woof, Woof, and a Roo!
