I finished Laymon's The Traveling Vampire Show and while the writing was good I only gave it two stars because I expected more of a creep factor. I was a tad bored with the teenage characters and their day adventures leading up to the big vamp show. The best part of the whole story was the last 100 pages that took place at field where the vamp show was being held.
